Finally it's done, after hatching almost over 200 Bagon eggs, I got the rarest of them all (excluding a shiny): a Fully Perfect IV Sheer Force Naive Bagon that will evolve into a Moxie Naive DD Salamence 
(using two parents with 4 perfect IVs this was a 1/600 chance 
).
