Its insulting because it sounds like something I'd hear off of a racist website. If the trend continues we will make up a smaller part of the population, but by no means is the trait of white skin color in danger of dying out any time soon, especially with people who make threads like this.
No, race is not a social construct "to me". It IS a cultural construct. Any anthropologist will tell you that. What constitutes a white person and a black person in society has not always had to do with skin color, but about things like blood and heritage. The good news for you is that "nordic blondes" are not dying out in your life time. If the traits of white skin color and blond hair do die out, it will be at a time when it won't be missed anyway.

I never said this was an immediate danger, actually I said that I want my grand grandkids to have the option to choose. So I was refering to a trend that might cause an undesirable outcome (from my POV) in a future I wont witness anymore.
With the cultural construct you have to give me some examples for that.
And with the insulting part. Do you feel disrespected because that topic is used for racist propaganda ? But how does this disrespect you personally ? Because you want to distance yourself from any form of racism and you feel ashamed for white people that talk about this topic ? If yes why is that you feel like you have to be ashamed for others ? I still don`t see how you feel insulted.
