It is not work like that... the internal image is generate with all 32bits colors but to support old HDTVs there is a option to convert the signal to limited-RGB... so if there is any overhead is to use limited-RGB and not full.

In any case this conversion is done by the own HDMI output... so no processing waste at all.

Damn, only 117% more powerful it is. So is the issue with the Xbone just outputting full RGB, rather than producing it?
