And you can show me numbers but in that video they were nearly identical as I said. That isnt going to change regardless of your picture with 14fps difference.

Looks nearly identical or plays nearly identical? You can't claim parity from what you've observed in a youtube video alone. Visuals are subjective the numbers are however established, 720p vs 900p, framerate gap isn't equal to parity.
