you arent going to see much difference on a video with youtube compression, recorded footage versus live gameplay on your tv make a huge difference.


Yeah, but who will have the same tv twice with both consoles hooked up and then comparing?

People, like me, who are buying both consoles?

 

And you have two times the same tv to directly compare? That's what I wrote. And if you have both consoles no one is stopping you from buying the superior version. What I wonder is will people see the "big" difference when they play at home one version and the other at a friend's tv?

I will be playing my consoles on my Sony XBR-65X900A, its a 4K display and can display multiple hdmi inputs at 1080p side by side (up to 4) at NATIVE resolutions, not scaled or distorted in any way, so if me and my partner are playing both consoles at the same time, and it happens to be the same game, it will be really quite obvious.
