PC easily has the edge compared to both machines, textures are clearer with finer details thanks to actually running at full resolution and with better texture filtering (Possibly higher texture resolution?), less jagged edges due to superior Anti-Aliasing.
Also noticed small things like rocks on the side of the road that seem to be more prominent in the PC version.
The take away from all of this, is that all the versions are all pretty darn close, it's not a night and day difference and you will not notice the difference when you're frantically running around gunning enemies down, heck your display will probably make a larger impact on image quality than the platform you choose to run it on.
