Pretty good response. Coming across as defensive or angry would have been a big mistake. Staying calm is the only way to keep everyone else calm.
This doesn't mean that every rumor is false, of course, but I have little doubt that most problems will be fixed. The same with Sony. These are professionals who are very good at what they do.
