I play on both but I'm waiting with upgrading my pc until an affordable 4K projector becomes available. Unfortunately there are no 1440p projectors (would be pointless anyway since I like to use it for both movies and games) so I'll stick to 1080p for now.
Console is more hassle free anyway and has some very nice exclusives. I won't be ditching them.
