Same reason I didn't take Gravity Rush off my list.  It is my only Vita game on the list but it has to stay even if it gets no points, because it is one of the best new IP's of this gen.  Also, I don't really get the logic.  It's already out.  The original Vita is 2 years old.  It is this gen.

Because Vita and 3DS are tied to Wii U and PS4, not PS3 and Wii. PSP and DS are with those two.

just because it is correct logic, does not make it any less sucky.  :)
