It's quite interesting that even multiplats are showing the difference in power out of the gate.  It's basically like the PS3/360 situation.  The difference is the PS3 was more difficult to program for, but slightly more powerful, so multiplats eventually began to show parity and PS3 exclusives began to pull away from the 360's.  Here, we have the One already relatively easy to program for, but is noticeably less powerful than the PS4.  I also don't think MS has the cloat from last gen to demand parity between versions.  Well, unless they start throwing around a ton of cash.
