Yep, the biggest one's that come to mind are Black Ops, and MW3 because I was still getting off my irrational CoD hatred. But then I saw all my friends playing them and they kept saying they were so fun so I bought them both. Loved Blops, did not like MW3 though.
The other main one was Minecraft. I was always making fun of my friends for playing what I thought was a lame game with "trash graphics" but then I actually played it and it's in my top ten games of all time.
Minecraft really opened my eyes that graphics aren't everything in a game. I mean, sure I really enjoy a game that has good graphics, but I can enjoy a game with bad graphics as much as the game with amazing graphics.
