Both are The Elder Scrolls actually. Top is Morrowind while bottom is Skyrim with tons of mods. The lower resolution makes it harder to see the flaws. Your brain fills in the missing information making it look real.

Yeah but good luck identifying far away ennemies with that resolution. Anyone play PS2 SOCOM online?  You had to snipe bushes in the distance every now and then to make sure they weren't people...
