Given that Yoshida recently said they were stepping away from making games in "the middle"; and the commercial failures of pretty much any title in that bracket that we've had from Sony in the past 2 years, I don't see much reason why they'd move Bend from making top-tier titles on the Vita to making middle-of-the-road-titles-which-won't-sell on PS4.
Then again, I think Yoshida has been handling WWS terribly in the past couple of years anyway, so maybe this is exactly the kind of decision he'd make.
