I don't think so.  There's no game on the Vita that even looks close to that good.  Uncharted Golden Abyss is the best looking game on the Vita I think, doesn't as good as that and is a lower resolution than 480p.

Uncharted was a launch game and it looked close.

This is what it can do now:

Playing Shadowfall on the Vita through remote play is different from the game actually running on the Vita hardware.

It will look even better than that!!!!
