Could be your settings on your PS3 and 360.  It also might be your data transfer rate.  If you're running one wired and the other wireless, Netflix might not be running in 1080p.

Otherwise there shouldn't be any difference when running an app like Netflix between the PS360.

Its not just netflix though, its digital download and bluray (obviously bluray being the best possible quality). The 360 seems to have a very slight pixelation blur. And to point out as well that both systems are wired connections. Another thing I wanted to point out about the 360 is that sometimes its hard to tell whats going on when its a dark scene, I guess you'd call it Black Level, yet I'll watch the same thing on ps3 (netflix of course) and it'll look SO much better, but thats the only big difference is the Black Level.
