It's here in Rotterdam at least. Schouwburgplein, next to the movie-theatre. It also used to be in the Central Station, but it's gone since they started building the new station. Same goes for Burger King (what, no-one who travels wants a burger or pizza??) I thought I'd seen it elsewhere too, but I'm not sure. Guess not then.
And I agree, Domino's is better anyway
