That's an extremely low amount of flops to be a super computer, as most are in the pentaflops range today (33.86 PFLOPS max).

Consoles can't be super computers, neither are high end PC's.


The Cray-2 had about a about 0.1% of the flops of the PS4...

Basically by definition a mass market product can't be a supercomputer in the time it is released.
