The PS4 Is a “Supercomputer” According to Japanese Regulations, Xbox One is Just Under the Threshold

Funny that a super computer from 1985 (Cray-2) had more flops than the PS4.  

That's an extremely low amount of flops to be a super computer, as most are in the pentaflops range today (33.86 PFLOPS max).

Consoles can't be super computers, neither are high end PC's.
