Pretty much common sense stuff from what I read. Electronics generate heat. Proper ventilation should be used with any console. PS4 has more RAM, More powerful CPU/GPU than PS3= more heat. Not really rocket science
Just take care of it like you would any electronics and there shouldn't be too much of an issue.
