The US, without a doubt. The EU is an experiment gone wrong. Financially, save for Germany, they are an absolute mess. Europe is responsible for both world wars, partially responsible for the mess of the Middle East and are definitely more racist then Americans. Just like after WWII, at some point soon, the US will have to save Europe financially, once again.
