The only reason to change for Europe would be if you were already born in some crappy US state... and really, that's only to take the roulette shot of not being born in one of the shittier EU countries.
There are more good US states then EU countries by a long shot.
The thing about the US Is, the average state is actually really awesome. It's just held back by a few other states.
Example...
Look at US math dominance vs coutnries like Finland, Norway and the like... for most states... while the rest eh... REALLY drag It down.
Why is sweden so poor at math.
