Canada!
I was born in the Netherlands, didn't really like it there, too crowded. I do miss being able to hop in a car and be in a different culture in less then an hour, go to Paris for the weekend, or go train and ferry hopping to Italy and Greece in the summer. Plus I like the 7 seasons we get here as opposed to eternal spring/fall in the Netherlands.
The foothills of the Pyrenees close to the Mediterranean looks like a lovely place to live, close to Cannes. I'm enjoying Canada too much to leave again though.
