Begin Building first PC

First off i want to give a huge thanks to everyone who reccomended I build my own pc. I got somthing alot better in quality for the same price. I looked up and watched alot of building videos on youtube, will be reading through the mother boards manual to understand it better. Any suggestions how to reduce static shock? I also noticed that my power supply is 50 watts short of the GPU's requirments so i will need to return and upgrade it would hate to damage the gpu.

If I get stuck or have questions I will post them here.
