2160p/Ultra HD  is the same as 4k. One is the vertical resolution (2160 pixels) and the other horizontal (3840 pixels) 8k is also just 4320p and 16k is 8640p. 1080p is 2k.

They are both capable of doing 4k, lets say Tetris in 4k would be easily possible on both or even New Super Mario Bros Wii  in 4k. It just depends on the complexity of the scene and the framerate the Gpu has to Render.
