I think part of the reason Bioshock would stay exclusive is because of how story driven it is. PS3 owners can't play the first one, and depending on what this new one delivers as far as a continuation or a prequel, it may be impossible to follow without playing through Bioshock first. This is all considering this rumor is true of course.
