You guys do know sony payed Rockstar for each bundled copy, right?
Sony had to buy a copy of gta v in order to bundle it.
All of the bundled copies have already been purchased by sony meaning they already count as sold.

I am out, enjoy your day!

Even though you're leaving, this still makes absolutely no sense at all. Ah well, agree to disagree (even though you can't really object to fact).

How VGChartz collects its number?

How does it knows if single unit precision in a weekly bases?

How dois it considered if a game is under or over traked?

Where does it get the "rest of the world" number? Which are those markets?

Why dosen´t it track used games?

Sorry, but i can´t belive VGChartz could have a less than 20% margin of error.

That´s not a offence. i think the numbers here mirror very well the reality. However,  the real world data could not be evalueted with such accuracy, not without expending a S#!% load of money in field research.

This post is hilarious.

What does it matter? However Vgchartz tracks it doesn't do one way for PS and another way for Xbox.

So any attempt to discredit the data serves no purpose other than to criticize the website.

Next time think before you post.

I thought very deep, always.

What does matter is that if a game here is adjusted up or down 10 to 20% it realy dosen´t matter. That statistics my friend, and very easy to understand.

Yes, I´m criticising this site.

We just don´t know where those ups and down come from. We can´t cross examinate the data. We just have to trust then. And I think this is a very reliable site. The only thing that bugs me is the precision that has no way to be obtained for any real world methodoly.

What we should do is just interpret those number as a approximation of the reality. And in the case o GTA V try to figure out why from most of mulplatform games (but FIFA) the PS3 version shows a suposed 20% advantage over the 360´s when both consoles have a less then 2% installbase diference?

It might be the bundles, close to 500K??, it might be the DF article where the PS3 version has a minor performance advantage, it could be the 8GB instalation that criple many 360´s "arcade" SKUs, it could be the "nostalgia effect" from people who played San Andreas on the PS2, and so on.
