For me it's Ocarina of Time, I love the exploration, the music, the combat system, the difficulty level (not as hard as Link to the Past but not as easy as Twilight Princess or The Wind Waker), the puzzle design is very good, the dungeons and boss battles are really memorable (I still remember the names of all the bosses) and the graphics were good for its time, it has aged, though.
