My brother's Mewtwo also has 3 perfect IV's. I wonder if you two were just super lucky or that the odds of getting a good one were high.

Well this was my 10th or so try because I was trying to find a SpA +Nature for him. Didn't check the stats on the first tries, but I know that the last try before this, his IVs were probably in the shit department, since with a Brave Nature he had 225 HP, 185 Atk, 150 Def, 223 SpA, 145 SpD and 186 Speed, only ATK was near perfect IV.

Maybe he's tailored so that there's a higher incidence of perfect IVs for him, though I'll only be able to confirm it on X now.
