Alot of them are on these forums, loads of Xbox players saying it was stupid when sony was the only one doing it, i assume there opinon hasnt changed. 

Sony doesn't give you any free games. If you stop paying Sony you can't play any of them. If I stop paying MS I can still play all of the games I've downloaded because I own them.

Neither does MS, you are only receiving copies of these games if you pay for gold.

that stay on the hardrive, whats your point? It's only stored on a different medium, so it has to be on disk to be cool.
