Regarding the PS2 game on the chart.

Lots of stores here in Japan still carry new PS2 games, usually "Best" versions.

Many larger stores even carry a small selection of new copies of PS1 games. "Best" versions of Final Fantasy VII, Vagrant Story, etc.

I am not sure if these are just leftover stock, if Sony still supplies copies from a warehouse somewhere, or if they do small runs from time to time.
