Do you think a lot of gaming journalists are actually poor gamers?

I don't know about them being bad at playing games but I feel like a lot of them rush through games on easy, don't pay enough attention to the story and miss a lot of things, a.k.a. collectibles, hidden areas, easter eggs etc.
