Still not many. Mostly any otaku could come up with 15-25 names of anime for 18-25.

Also, all the cartoons you named are based on humor, there is also drama in anime (mostly josei for something good)

those were just ones i watch. i like comedies better. but cartoons have been on MTV, we have adult swim, there are others. you can discount them as much as you want, but plenty of adults watch adult themed cartoons(that aren't considered "anime"). some are based on humur, but south park and american dad regulary have topics that are about current political events.
