I don't think they are saying they don't have enough total resources to do this as what they made from Monster Hunter 4 should be more than enough, I think they are saying they know they have to be careful with evey dollar they spend and start to save up so a next gen port of ST4 is not a priority. Also they are making a next gen game in Deep Down as well as Dead Rising 3 and making RE7, which is probably a next gen game so this isn't as bad as what people might think.
