It looks kinda toyish. Plasticky. 

Looks CG-ish. Even though it doesn't look real, per se, the poly count jump is very apparent. Forza cars have always look less realistic than say, GT vehichles, but they've always had a stylized, pleasent appearance.

With the delay of DriveClub, it is going head-to-head with Need For Speed: Rivals. In that regard, Forza 5 definitely looks more next gen.

Hey now, I did say it didn't look real. Project CARS is in a whole other class from anything on console. Thus, it's not even worth mentioning.

But here, Forza 5 gets trashed on a lot, and I've seen visuals, especially of late, that are impressive enough to dispute.

Forza 5 looks fine, not jaw dropping fine but fine, cars feel really plastic due to it not working well with the new lighting system, they need to tweak it some and it should be alright assuming they have time to do it.
