Bruxel if you open to self building you can get a significantly better PC for a similar price. Its something you should seriously consider :)
Linustechtips has an excellent build guide on hes youtube channel which gives a step by step walkthrough of how to put your PC together. Its almost fail proof!
With regards to builds in the OP I don't think either will satisfy your needs or give you the experience you want.
