Seems like you will can play (maybe via Gaikai) all digital content you have in your PSN account without addicional cost... so if you have GTA 5 digital you can play it on PS4.

Cross-buy... everything you bought on PSN for PS3 will be playable at PS4 (Gaikai or emulated).

i thought this was abotu emulation, which id say no way. But id be over the moon to be wrong.
