no but seriously mate I feel you... it sucks.... to me in developed countries slow caped internet is unacceptable.... now when it's really remote I understand them not putting up fiber.... but you can always have good internet on coper wire through broadband internet.... heck open the powerline if you need to they can carry it too.... so yeah there is no excuse for a developped country to have slow internet.... and a cap is just an abuse of TOS from the providers IMO and limiting factor to access modern means of communication and information sharing.... it is like giving you the newspaper or a radio but tell you, you can only read 3 pages or listen to 30minutes... WTF is that about ????
anyway you guys need to move if you want things to change, contact national customer association they are happy to help and if you can gather enough people to your cause things can move fast... or at least faster than doing nothing...
anyway I know when I move usually internet offers is one of the top things I check before going somewhere, that with cellphone coverage, price/size ratio and then only looks.... I can always remodel... it's way harder to put up telecom infrastructure on your own though....
anyway this game looks great on disc or DD anyway :D
