I think the resolution is the biggest sticking point for that.
Muramasa was 640x480 on Wii, higher resolution on Vita.
Dragons Crown is a HD title on PS3 downscaled for Vita.
3DS resolution would lose a lot of detail on the sprites. Rayman Origins was awful on 3DS compared with any other format. Also shaders and effects don't really come into it on sprite based games.
