Which is why I said "SLI gamer". PhysX on a single 560Ti is not going to be the same as it would be with two of them. In fact, the OP talks specifically about multi-GPU users.

But I even said that I played PhysX games where performance wasn't a problem.  I max out BL2 completely and physx doesn't lower my framerate.  The problem was the extra effects are annoying as hell!  Making popcorn-looking pebbles fall out of everything shot in excessive amounts is not "Pretty."

It doesn't matter if you can run it easily, it looks like sh!t; and that is because they have to program for AMD/Intel cards as well.  Thus they always make some half-assed attempt at extra effects that adds absolutely nothing to gameplay...

I don't think it looks bad at all, but then, I'm in the 1% who probably can run it as intended. Metro: Last Light with Advanced PhysX turned on has no physics equal anywhere in gaming, for example.

Again I checked it out in LL.  I couldn't notice anything but a few extra particles.  I even double checked to make sure all of the flags and cloth effects were still in the non-physx version.  All of the awsome things were still there (Including when that guys pulls the cloth off that train car, damn that was beautiful).

Also I don't know how someone can say Physx is unparalleled when Battlefield 4 has unrivalled large-scale distruction and Crysis  1 (Don't know about the other crappy ones) had absolutely incredible physics.
