is a HD port of a MINI that can be played on PS3, PSP and Vita and was released as a plus exclusive sometime... so it was a given the later port to PS3... and with velocity 2X announced for Vita, PS3 and PS4.. :/ don't get surprised if this get a PS4 release soon too...
