His Fireblasts got a lot stronger, but yeah I agree with you the stat distribution doesn't help him. It actually hurts him since 92 is relatively low and you can't give megas a choice scarf.

Fire Blast got nerfed tho 120 bp ->110 bp

Smogon is still arguing about its usefulness, most agree the speed nerf is ewwww

Well at least that speed nerf and no Sand Veil will put it back in the OU where it should have never left. Still, the Speed nerf is mega ewww.
