Wow, I don't know how you guys survive down in Brazil. And Americans think they have it bad.

I guess Americans have it bad on health care - proportionally twice as expensive as private care over here, which can be almost or just as good. However, while in the US the physicians and hospitals at least have the decency of giving you treatment before you find a way to pay them, here health services can refuse beforehand if you can't pay. More or less ilegally, but they do it all the same.
