Microsoft is NOT assembling the Xbox One in Brazil, yet.
There is no governmental tax that could explain this price. This is Sony simply saying:
"Sorry, Brazilians, but the PS4 is a luxury high-end item. If you enjoy Sony games, we have the ideal product... it´s called the Playstation 3."
