Wait really? I thought it's whichever PS3 systems you had activated on your account that get access to the games.

You deactivate your old PS3 and activate your new one? lol I've only had two PS3s activated on my account at most, so I'm not sure either.

Has it always been like this? I remember me and my friends use to download and share games. This was a few years back. Then Sony changed the number to 2 downloads. And that kinda killed it.

Also what we are saying is not necessarily in contradiction...it could be a case where you only need to deacticate/activate your PS3 once you have surpassed the 2 downloads. Sony can't not let you download games you already paid for.

But i know for sure that you can re-download games twice without the need to do any activating/deacticating. Ive done this myself. Maybe it has changed since then again i dont know :/
