Despite what that list may lead one to believe, I'm almost positive that after one year of the X1 and PS4 being out that the amount of released games for both systems will be pretty close to the same.

I dont think so. Most of the games announced are coming within 1 year. PS4 will certainly have the edge with all the PC ports/indie/f2p games just like those games give PS4 the edge at launch.

Sony has built a goodwill with a lot of pc devs in the last 6 months. We will only see more pc devs working on PS4 from now on, just recently the Amnesia devs announced SOMA for PC/PS4.

You're not taking into account Microsoft's indie program that they're launching (from what I hear) a few months after launch. When that happens their really won't be much of a reason for many of them to not port/make their game for the X1 because as the 360 has shown them, their is a market for quality XBLA games.

I'm willing to bet that by the end of one year the disparity between the two won't be like it is now. It will be closer to 1:1 for amount of games with probably a 15% or so difference between the two.

"a few months after launch"

Thats like a whole year after Sony embraced indies when they announced the indie program alongside the PS4. A lot of indies only announce their games on PC/PS4 and they never seem to have XBone stretch goals on kickstarter.

I see a similar situation with non-indie PC devs.
