I'm going with either Take 2, or else buying R* directly from Take 2 (as has been rumored for years).
Or R* could be pulling a Bungie like rumored a few weeks ago, and Sony is buying them directly.
However, the part about Phil's departure setting the tone for the acquisition almost implies that it would be Infogames, but I don't see the point in buying that company, nor do I see Phil returning to Sony in any way anytime soon.
I guess they're buying a big studio to make up for the loss of Phil? The I don't see how that would help, exactly. ^^
Edit: About Ready at Dawn, sure it would be a good move, but they're not exactly "big", and they haven't really done anything for anybody else but Sony aside from the Okami Wii port. They practically exclusive as it is.
