Yeah i work in the industry im no stranger to crunch, i have friends that work at crytek, and friends that worked at crytek and left that once worked on this game even. For that many dinners to be given out means month and months of crunch time, meaning a poorly manged project where the workers have to pay by missing time with there family or find employment elsewhere.
Theres no doubt people there that are new to the industry and dont mind doing the extra hours, im old enough to know its not worth it. i just hope they get decent compensation if this game sells well.
