Nice find Legend11.

I think a more practical perspective Phil Harrison has taken on the matter would be that of Nintendo's Heug record breaking profits right now while the PS3 is struggling to make up for 10 plus year deficit brought on by its first couple quarters on the market. Not only does the PS3 have to become profitable, it has yet to break even and must even then work to make up for all the profits of the PS2's seven year span and part of the PS1's it has squandered in trying to compete with the 360 in a hardware Arms Race.

You'll cut costs way more than you cut revenue, and thus increase profit.
