Yeah. The PS3 store shows Vita games, yet the Vita store only shows Vita games. I find it kinda pointless too, as every console should have the same store IMHO.
Whoever owns a Vita but not a PS3 cannot add the PS3 games earned free on PS Plus, for example, to their download list.
The workaround is to use the web store on PC and command the downloads to the consoles... oh well.
