My thoughts over these points are:

1. Kinect will secretly gather data about you

Mr. Yusuf Mehdi clearly told us what info they will be "gathering". Its not the matter that wheather they will use it for commercial purpose of not. But he clearly mentioned it.

2. Xbox One can't do "true 1080p gaming"

It can 1080p or even 4K graphics but will they be stunning or euivalent of next gen graphics?

Forza 5 = 1920x1080 (60fps)
Killer Instinct = 1280x720 (runs at 60FPS)
Ryse: Son of Rome = 1600x900
Call of Duty: GHOSTS = 1920x1080
Dead Rising 3 = Rumored to be "dynamic resolution" (runs at 30FPS)

3. Microsoft will sell the Xbox One without Kinect

I will have a laugh and probably go to store to get when they release Kinect-less SKU. IMO they will release kinect-less SKU. One memorable quote from assassins creed, "Nothing is true, Everything is permitted".

4. Microsoft doesn't have any real exclusives or studios

They have more studios than Sony. But they mainly focuses on kinect. Newly acquired or newly formed studios have to prove themselves. You can spend $1 billion for games and studios. But it doesnt guarantee they all will be top studios.

People blame microsoft for these type of scenarios. Here it is.

5. Microsoft will sneakily bring back Xbox One's DRM

Who knows what will happen in future. Anything can happen. Again, "Nothing is true, Everything is permitted".

6. There are manufacturing problems

Why microsoft is taking these "manufacturing rumors" so seriously? Honestly except microsoft none can be sure. But its suspicious that they are emphasizing it so much.

7. IllumiRoom is down for release on Xbox One

It figures. This tech isnt cheap. They dont want to make the system expensive.

8. Microsoft doesn't care about independent developers

Why on earth these indie developers were complaining? Their attitude was "reactive" not "proactive". If they really cared about indie developers that much then these situations might not have occured.
